Test Invalid Date Range

THIS MATTER comes before the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance (“Department”), upon the application of Telcoin, Inc., 2200 Taylor Avenue, Norfolk, Madison County, Nebraska (“Applicant”), for a charter pursuant to the Nebraska Financial Innovation Act, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 8-3001 to 8-3031 (Reissue 2022; Supp. 2023; LB 1074, 2024).

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the above-entitled matter shall be set for hearing on December 5, 2024, at 9:00 am CST. Said application hearing shall be conducted at 1526 K Street, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508 in the First Nebraska Administrative Building Lower-Level Training and Development Center. This application hearing will be an oral proceeding with open access to the public. Should the Applicant fail to appear, a decision will be made in the Applicant’s absence.
